A Tamil girl who is playing for NSW

Sinduja Sureshkumar is one of the NSW Under 15 squad female cricket player. The Junior Sports Star nominee, from Baulkham Hills, soon took the cricket world by storm, winning numerous awards and playing for a number of teams, including the NSW Under 15, Breakers, Parramatta, and in the NSW Primary Schools Sports Association competition. “My younger brother played Milo cricket (and) I helped out picking up the balls and moving the wickets,” she said during the conversation with Praba Maheswaran. “Then his coach told (me), ‘Why don’t you join?’, so I did.” Tamil voice-over by Prashanthi for Sinduja.
