Amrita Lanka died 21 hours after being admitted to Monash Children's Hospital in April, with her parents claiming their concerns were ignored by the hospital. Amrita’s is not the only story of a child dying in hospital amid pleas from their parents for an escalation of care to capture headlines recently. Renuka presents a report.
