AMES Australia was formed as an organisation in 1950s to teach English to new arrivals. It has expanded its services to include a broad range of settlement services as well. Recently, AMES has launched a service to help skilled migrants find appropriate employment. Anu Krishnan, a trainer who provides services at AMES talks to Kulasegaram Sanchayan about the new service on offer.
