Are you a Sri Lankan pensioner?

Almost all Public Servants in Sri Lanka are eligible for a lifetime pension. Until recently, pensioners could draw that pension in their country of residence, even if they emigrate from Sri Lanka. Some changes introduced by the Pensions Department in Sri Lanka has confused some confusion amongst some pensioners.
