Australian Tamils call on Indian Govt in one voice

Tamils in Australia gathered in state capitals Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, Darwin and Hobart and the Australian capital, Canberra today, Sunday, April 22. Their gathering was to put four demands to the Government of India - that the Cauvery Water Management Board should be set up, the Sterlite plant in Tuticorin be closed, NEAT selection in Tamil Nadu banned and the excavation of Keezhadi archaeological site continued..
