More Australians are choosing to postpone having children until their 30s and are having fewer children when they do, as indicated by recent data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS). Dr Sri Chrishanthan, a Sydney-based Obstetrician and Gynaecologist, explains the reasons behind this trend and the potential complications that may arise due to late pregnancy.
