Australia's 47th Parliament gets to work

The 47th Parliament has officially begun, marked by an Indigenous smoking ceremony, welcome to country and a visit to church.


It's just the 8th time since World War Two that there's been a change in government; the last was nine years ago when the Coalition won from Labor, and there are many changes ahead.  Kulasegaram Sanchayan reports in Tamil with a feature written by Krishani Dhanji.
