Sri Lanka's government has named a little-known islamist group, National Thowheeth Jama'ath, as the main suspect behind Sunday's bombings, which killed almost 300 people and left another 500 injured. But there is a growing row about communication failures within the government in the lead-up to the terrorist attacks.
