The rift between India and Canada has now turned into a confrontation after the Prime Minister of Canada blamed a diplomat at the Indian embassy in Ottawa for the murder of a leader of a Sikh organisation in Canada.


Mr Thiru S. Thiruchelvam, a veteran newspaper editor, (formerly in Sri Lanka, and currently in Canada), founder and editor of the monthly magazine “Tamil’s Information,” analyses the situation with Kulasegaram Sanchayan.
