Nithi Kanagarathnam is a well-known Tamil musician from Sri Lanka. He is known for Tamil pop songs in 1960s and 70s. Chinna maamiye, one of pop songs he composed, has been an ever-green mega hit in the Tamil pop world. The lyricist of the song Mr Kamalanathan passed away recently.
