Chithirai festival is set to be celebrated on 6 May from 11am – 6pm at Blacktown Leisure, Stanhope Gardens, NSW 2768. This event was organised by Tamil arts and Culture Association Inc. & Tamil Nadu Rural Arts Development Centre.
