China's Consul General for Victoria has announced 10 million Chinese-made COVID-19 test kits are on their way to Australia.


It comes as tensions between the two countries continue to mount, with Prime Minister Scott Morrison defending his call for an independent inquiry into the coronavirus pandemic.
