Dutch investigators have concluded that Malaysian Airlines flight M-H-17 was shot down by a Russian-made BUK missile fired from eastern Ukraine. The plane crashed over Ukraine on July 17 last year [2014] en route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur. 38 Australian citizens and residents were among the 298 people killed.
