Enliven was originally established as part of the Victorian Government’s Going Forward: Primary Care Partnership Strategy in 2000 by a voluntary alliance of health and social services, the membership set up the not for profit association in December 2012. With a strong commitment to community and over 12 years experience in partnership innovation, enliven has a unique capacity to understand complex health and social issues and to deliver new and effective solutions that contribute to enhancing health and wellbeing.
