When the British started to colonise Australia, they used various means to kill the Aboriginal people. The Aboriginals used Guerrilla warfare. Some settlers were punished for their crimes. Some punishments divided the colony.


Also, Sam Dinah is one of thousands of Aboriginal children who were forcibly removed from their parents. Through Sam Dinah's story, Kulasegaram Sanchayan brings the feel for what the children of the Stolen Generation has to go through.
