Frustration mounts over Centrelink's MyGov portal

Many Centrelink customers are growing increasingly frustrated with the service's online portal MyGov (my-GUV) after it became unavailable nationally at one point last week. (april 16) Customers say it is one of a growing list of failures they believe are making the service almost impossible to use.
