Australian scientists have come up with a clever idea of managing ground water. MyWell is a Smartphone and SMS App for collecting and analysing data related to the depths of well water level, rainfall amounts, dam water levels and water quality parameters. The App works by crowdsourcing data from MARVI project's network of local villagers. Dr Sanmugam Prathapar talks to Kulasegaram Sanchayan about the need for water management and their specific projects.
