According to an analysis conducted by the economic research firm Mandala, commissioned and funded by the online retail giant Amazon, it is claimed that online shopping has played a crucial role in preventing inflation from reaching almost 9%. This is attributed to its maintenance of downward pressure on the prices of goods.
