How should we respond to rude teachers?

Number of parents in Tamil community are concerned that few teachers are engaging in bullying, intimidation and harassment. Praba Maheswaran produced a feature on the issue with comments from two affected parents, a schoolteacher in Melbourne Davina Venthan and Shobana Suresh who is a counsellor Child & Family in Sydney.
