People in developed countries spend an average of nine-to-10 hours a day sitting. This is concerning because prolonged time spent sitting is linked to a number of health issues including obesity, heart disease, and certain types of cancers. Physiotherapist Sivakumar Gopalakrishnan talks more about doing exercise and how it will improve our well-being.
