Madhuram presents Sydney Dance Festival of Classical Indian Dance 2016 on 16 April from 2 pm to 9pm at Bryan Brown Theatre at Bankstown, NSW. Christopher Gurusamy , one of the popular Bharathanatyam artists in Australia, presents Bharathanatyam. Born and raised in Perth, Christophers love for dance was nurtured from the age of 6. This passion for dance leads him to the world renowned institute Kalakshetra. He was selected as a dancer for Cleveland Aradhana 2013. He is currently mentored by Leela Samson developing his skills as a soloist while becoming known for his effervescence on stage and for his energetic and effortless nritta.Raysel spoke to Christopher.
