D.Selvaraj, an eminent novelist and one of the founders of Progressive Writers Association, passed away on Saturday. D.Selvaraj who received a Sahitya Akademi award for his Tamil novel Thol (Skin) in 2013. Selvaraj is known for his involvement in communist party and leftist ideology. He shared his views on politics, castism and literary works with RaySel for SBS-Tamil.
