Interview with Sagayam IAS

Mr. Sagayam IAS, is well-known for probity in public life. His office door bore a sign reading "Reject bribes, Hold your head high" and he repeatedly antagonized influential politicians and their supporters in Tamil Nadu. He stepped down from government service last week. RaySel spoke to Sagayam IAS.
