As the global Black Lives Matter movement continues to reverberate on Australian soil, advocates have strengthened their campaign to reduce the growing number of Indigenous people in custody across the country.


The recommendations of the Royal Commission inquiry held in 1987 on the large number of Indigenous Deaths in Custody are yet to be implemented.
