National Diabetes Week 2015 runs between 12-18 JulyDiabetes is considered the fastest growing chronic disease in Australia, affecting up to an estimated 1.7 million people. If not treated properly, the metabolic condition can lead to blindness, kidney damage, limb amputations or even death.
