Musician Srinivas was in Sydney recently to perform at a musical concert. Srinivas is a playback singer who has sung over 2000 songs in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. He has also worked independently as a music composer, working on films and private albums. Kulasegaram Sanchayan talked to Musician Srinivas before he left his home city, Chennai. In this first of the two-part interview, Srinivas talks about his entry into playback singing, his appreciation for his fans, and his experience as a composer.
