Facebook's decision to restrict Australian news content on its platform has seen a swathe of other organisations caught up in the high-stakes dispute.


Outrage has come from far and wide including human rights groups, welfare organisations, and health and emergency service providers who all had their vital alerts and information temporarily excluded from the site.
