Suganthan Shanmuganathan, who fled Sri Lanka 25 years ago is back in Jaffna. With the experience and knowledge gained in Canada, Suganthan has rescued and created several businesses in the Northern Province. Kulasegaram Sanchayan talks to Suganthan to find out his story.
