The Safe Haven Enterprise Visa (SHEV) is one of two visas available to asylum seekers who arrived in Australia without a valid visa. The visa provides protection for five years. Sydney based Solicitor and Migration agent Noeline Harendran explains about what to do when a SHEV ends and what further visas are available for SHEV holders.
