Pongal festival has been celebrated at the Australian Parliament venue yesterday (14 Feb 2017). The celebration is the first of its kind in Australian Tamil history. Tamil Arts and Culture Association Inc. (TACA) has organised the festival. RaySel reports from the festival venue.
