Dr John G Samuel
From his young days, Dr John G Samuel was interested in Tamil Studies. Dr John Samuel is the founder of the Institute of Asian Studies in Chennai. The IAS is a spiritual centre hallowed in the ancient literary and cultural traditions of Asia. Since it's inception in 1982, it has grown to become one of India's premier indological research and publication institutes.
