June 21 was declared as the International Day of Yoga by the United Nations General Assembly on December 11, 2014. Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated over 6000 years ago in India. Yoga aims to integrate the body and the mind. Prisha Karthik started to practice Yoga before she could walk. Now, she holds 14 World Records in Yoga and swimming. Prisha’s parents Devi Priya & Karthikeyan along with her grandmother Ravi Chandrika provide all the support Prisha needs. Kulasegaram Sanchayan talks to all of them to bring the story of this very young, very talented legend.
