Refugee 09: Returning to Sri Lanka? Seeking Indian Citizenship?

According to the policy note of the Tamil Nadu Government, 61,422 Sri Lankan Tamil refugees are staying in 107 refugees camps in Tamil Nadu. There are 35,316 more refugees are staying outside the camps. Opinions and dreams about their futures vary among refugees.
