International migration has long played a major role in the growth of the regional city of Wagga Wagga - in South-West NSW.


So, with borders closed, and net migration to Australia set to drop significantly over the next few years, there's concerns Wagga's economy will be hit hard.

It's a similar story for many regional cities across Australia, who are now looking at different ways to boost their economies.
