Scavenging Will Go from Today?

The Tamil Nadu government made a notification that no one can engage human beings for hazardous cleaning of a sewer or a septic tank from today (15 March, 2015) under the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and Their Rehabilitation Act.
