Mathangie Selvarajah runs a consultancy called NORO Solutions in Jaffna that does various things including market research. She is also very active promoting women in business. Mathangie spoke to Praba Maheswaran when the world is set to celebrate the International Women Day (08 March 2019) Mathangie serves as the Director of NORO Solutions. She has an excellent academic and professional record. Mathangie holds MBA (UK), BA (Hons) in Business Administration (UK), and Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (SLIM). She was awarded World Bank Scholarship to pursue her BA (Hons) in Business Administration in 2007. Mathangie as a young entrepreneur is responsible for the overall organizational achievement.
