Should we face a fresh election?

As at 24 November 2017 there were 13 Senators and federal MPs who were under constitutional question under Section 44 of the Constitution. Currently there will be at least two by-elections held due to federal MPs acknowledging they hold dual citizenship. Is it ok to continue facing by-elections or dissolve the parliament for a fresh election?
