Sri Lankan authorities admit they could have done more to prevent attacks

Sri Lankan authorities have admitted they could have done more to prevent the Easter Sunday attacks, in which 253 people were killed. But the opposition says it believes the reason the government failed to act, is that it didn't want to offend Muslim leaders.
