For the second time ever, the International Olympic Committee will field a team of stateless athletes who will compete under the Olympic flag as part of the Refugee Olympic Team. It comes as the chef de mission of the Tokyo Olympics refugee team urges Australia to "open their arms" to refugees, as Brisbane is flagged as the preferred city to host 2032 Games.
