Harshini Jayakumar and Pranjul Bokaria, both 19 and from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and Roshan Venkatesan from Theni have been studying online from their homes in India since the pandemic began. This week, for the first time in three semesters of remote study, the Bachelor of Advanced Computing students have met some of their classmates in person for the first time.

Fellow students from the Faculty of Engineering are travelling from their hometowns all over India to meet Harshini and and Pranjul on the south-east coast for a road trip that takes in Chennai, Pondicherry and Mahabalipuram.  Until then, the students have only communicated online and were thrilled to have met their friends face-to-face.

Harshini, Pranjul and Roshan share their story with Kulasegaram Sanchayan.
