Tamil Nadu’s coronavirus death toll is rising but comparisons of official data with those from people on the front lines suggested the true number is several times higher and many coronavirus deaths are not being properly recorded. RaySel spoke to Mr Devaneyan, a social worker and a human rights advocate, and asked the current situation in Tamil Nadu.
