“Tamilisai’s privacy and freedom was breached by Sofia”

Lois Sofia, a student who is pursuing studies in Canada, shouted “fascist BJP government down, down” at the airport in Tuticorin while she and Tamilisai Soundararajan, BJP’s Tamil Nadu chief, were waiting to collect their luggage after travelling together on a flight. Tamilisai lodged a complaint and Sofia was promptly charged by Tamil Nadu police.
