Australians can’t leave Australia unless they have an exemption from the Department of Home Affairs or are travelling to a destination that is exempt from the ban. However, this ban soon be lifted and people could travel to Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka has quarantine measures for travellers arriving from overseas including Australia during the pandemic of COVID-19.
