US astronaut’s return hangs in the balance as tension with Russia escalates

The US astronaut Mark Vande Hei has made it through nearly a year in space. He must be brought back to Earth by a Russian capsule. However, during deepening tension between the two countries, there is a media report that Russia is reluctant to take Mark Vande Hei back to Earth.
