Victoria enters seven-day lockdown

Victoria will enter a seven-day lockdown from midnight [[11:59pm Thurs]] in a bid to contain a COVID-19 outbreak that's grown to 26 cases, and more than 150 exposure sites.

All those infected have the more transmissible variant first detected in India.

One of those infected is in intensive care.
