Experts warn a major opportunity to improve sustainability in Victoria is being missed by focusing exclusively on patching up recycling systems, while failing to address more fundamental issues. In a submission just made to the Victoria Government's circular economy discussion paper, Professor Usha Iyer-Raniga and fellow RMIT University sustainability experts highlighted several ways they say it had "missed the point".
