NALLARATNAM SIVARASA J.P, came here as a refugee. Now President of the Tamil Senior Citizens Fellowship VIC is a volunteer who does community work in VIC irrespective of communities especially in Monash council area, City of greater Dandenong area, City of Casey area and Kingston Council area. He was awarded VRR (Victorian Refuge Recongnition Award), CULTURAL DIVERSITY AWARD, Senior of the Year 2012 by the City of Monash etc.
