What sanctions are being imposed on Russia and will they have an impact?

Australia has imposed more sanctions against Russia, targeting several of its elite citizens and politicians. The new sanctions, which will mirror similar moves from the United States and the United Kingdom, will apply to members of Russia's parliament who voted to authorise the military action, as well as Russian oligarchs. Renuka talks to Professor Ampalavanapillai Nirmalathas to get an update.
