Teenage climate activist Greta Thunberg has angrily criticised world leaders at the United Nation's climate action summit in New York. More than 60 world leaders and CEOs of energy and financial companies addressed the conference, announcing climate finance measures and transitioning from coal power. Australia's absent was noted. Prime Minister Scott Morrison has hit out at the critics of his government’s climate change policies in his address to the United Nations in New York. Some communities in Australia say they feel left out of the conversation entirely - and advocates believe those forgotten voices can hold plenty of insight, and influence.
