Victoria State Premier, Daniel Andrews, as publicly announced in December last year that he will put Euthanasia on the parliamentary agenda in 2017. This is not just a local topic. Former Archbishop of South Africa, and Human Rights proponent, Desmond Tutu has also joined the campaign.
